Fingerpaint Makes Ad Age’s Best Places to Work List
This is the second year in a row Fingerpaint has been named to the list of best employers.
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – Fingerpaint, biopharma’s global commercialization partner for analytics-enabled integrated solutions, has been named by Ad Age as one of the Best Places to Work in 2022.
This is the second year in a row that Fingerpaint has earned this recognition from Ad Age. Ad Age honors 50 of the top companies in advertising, marketing, and media that are outperforming their competitors in factors including benefits, inclusion, and employee development based on feedback both from employers themselves, as well as their employees.

Employees from across all Fingerpaint companies participated in a survey from Ad Age surrounding their experience working at Fingerpaint. The company has always emphasized putting its people first, providing competitive benefits like fully covered medical plans, sabbaticals, student loan repayment assistance, and more. Fingerpaint brought on board over 200 new employees in 2021, around a 35% increase in headcount.

The past year was one of growth for the company, which translates into new growth opportunities for its employees. In March of 2021, Fingerpaint announced the acquisition of Leaderboard Branding, a naming and branding firm; followed by the acquisition of Splice in April. The company ended the year with back-to-back acquisitions of MedThink, a company that empowers healthcare providers through medical communications, and Engage, a London-based data and analytics-enabled healthcare marketing firm.
