Fingerpaint’s Reset and Reconnect Program consists of 8 sessions focused on different aspects of well-being taught by a mental health professional. Sessions will address tools and strategies to reduce challenges, like managing stress and difficult emotions, as well as cover topics like building resilience skills and increasing energy, well-being, and happiness.
