Fingerpaint is happy to announce that its founder, Ed Mitzen, has been named as a Top Boss by Digiday. Mitzen took home the Top Boss award in the category of Full-Service Agency.
The Digiday Top Boss Awards go to founders, directors, and C-suite executives from top agencies and media companies who are building positive relationships with their employees. Mitzen and the 9 other winners will be recognized at the Digiday Awards Gala in November in New York City.
Since its foundation in 2008, Fingerpaint has created a people-first work environment for its employees. From unlimited sick and personal time, to paid sabbaticals, to the announcement last year that the agency would assume 100% of healthcare premium costs for its employees and their dependents, its culture is a seamless reflection of Mitzen’s ideas and values.
“I’m extremely humbled to be chosen for this award among such inspirational and successful peers,” said Mitzen. “To me, putting employees first is a no-brainer; recognizing their value to the company is what makes superb client work and growth possible.”
