Fingerpainter Pat Gannon, part of the medical strategy team in the agency’s Conshohocken, Pa., office, wrote an article in PM360. He discussed the impact of Colorado’s new prescription drug law on marketers.
“The General Assembly of the State of Colorado recently enacted a statute aimed at providing prescribers with greater awareness of branded and generic prescription drug costs, leaving pharma markets to evaluate how this will impact their products,” Gannon wrote.
He went on to explain that continued surveillance of this and similar laws will be essential to help keep drug manufacturers informed as the marketing industry continues to evolve.
