CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. – Fingerpaint, an independent, full-service, nationwide marketing agency, proudly announces Lara Viau, health and wellness industry veteran, as head of account service in the Conshohocken, Pa., office.
In her new role, Viau will oversee client relationships and account service, and she will strategically lead clients and agency teams to solve even the most complex marketing challenges for brands. Viau brings over two decades of marketing experience to the health and wellness agency, and as the agency continues to grow across the country, Viau will act as an integral member of the leadership team at Fingerpaint.

Viau joins Fingerpaint from Digitas Health, where she was an SVP, group account director. During her tenure at Digitas, Viau led a pharmaceutical portfolio that delivered $30 million in annual agency revenue, which was 50% growth since she began at the agency in 2013. She has led strategy and implementation of multiple integrated launch campaigns across various disease categories, while she also acted as a lead for pitch opportunities for the agency.
