Fingerpaint Adds to People and Culture Team

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – Fingerpaint, a full-service marketing agency with offices in New York, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and New Jersey, has added Gwendolyn Bluemich to its people and culture team. Bluemich will be based in the agency’s Saratoga Springs, N.Y., office.

Bluemich joins Fingerpaint from GlobalFoundries, where she served as Senior Specialist for Global Ethics and Compliance. In this role, she oversaw employee training and communications, including the development of GlobalFoundries’ 2018 Code of Conduct training, which launched in English, German, and Mandarin across 30+ sites worldwide. Bluemich also led the engagement of the Compliance Networks at GlobalFoundries to share corporate goals and metrics, discuss site-specific concerns, drive new solutions to ethics challenges, and foster a culture of integrity and compliance.

Bluemich earned her master’s degree from George Washington University and her bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College. A native of Germany, she is bi-cultural and speaks English, French, and German.
