Fingerpaint Adds to People and Culture Team

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – Fingerpaint, a full-service marketing agency with offices in Arizona, Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, and New Jersey, has added Julia Richardson to its people and culture team. Richardson will be based in the agency’s Saratoga Springs, N.Y., office.

Richardson began her career at MyPayrollHR, where as an implementation specialist, she was responsible for onboarding clients, ensuring a smooth transition during the onboarding process, and maintaining relationships with her clients post-implementation. Her customer service and relationship-building skills will aid her at Fingerpaint, where she will assist with the recruiting and onboarding processes across the agency.

Richardson earned her bachelor’s degree from Siena College.

“Julia’s experience in human resources means she’ll be an impactful member of our people and culture team,” said Nicole Holland, who leads Fingerpaint’s people and culture team. “Coming from a start-up environment, we know she’ll be up to the task for anything that comes her way.”
