Fingerpaint Adds to People and Culture Team

May 18,2018

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – Fingerpaint, a full-service marketing agency with offices in Arizona, Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio, has added Katrina Baker to its people and culture team. Baker will be based in the agency’s Saratoga Springs, New York, office.

Baker’s career began at Northwestern Mutual, where, as an administrative assistant, her meticulous attention to detail and people-first attitude made her a valuable asset. As an organized, self-directed problem-solver, Baker was able to support team members by creating detailed records that helped co-workers stay on track toward their goals.

Baker earned her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Empire State College.

“We’re excited for Katrina to join us,” said Bill McEllen, who runs Fingerpaint’s Saratoga Springs office. “Our staff relies on the people and culture team to help put our people-first philosophy into practice, and Katrina’s background proves she’s more than up to the task.”
