Fingerpaint Adds to Strategy Team

Fingerpaint, a full-service marketing agency with offices in Arizona, Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio, has added Tim McLaughlin to its digital strategy team. McLaughlin will be based in the agency’s office in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.

As an award-winning digital strategist, McLaughlin has spent more than 12 years developing and executing campaigns that yield measurable success for the pharmaceutical clients with whom he’s worked. He lends his expertise to initiatives with an inclusive view to ensure that a brand’s digital ecosystem is developed and managed in a way that best serves the end goal. McLaughlin is well versed in the intricacies of UX design and development, application development for iOS and Android, display media, SEO and SEM strategy and execution, and the development of experiential applications.

McLaughlin’s experience extends to product launches and brand planning, while his strategic approach to digital initiatives always includes the use of analytics and often involves segmentation strategies that yield successful customer experiences. His background includes work in the respiratory, CNS, immunology, autoimmune and cardiovascular categories.

McLaughlin earned his bachelor’s degree at Shippensburg University.
