Senior Digital Strategist

 

We’re looking for a digital strategist who has experience driving strategy across all elements of digital engagement and omnichannel. This person will live at the intersection of thinking and making to see the big picture and create programs that move target audiences to take action. The role requires collaboration, leadership, strong presentation skills, and an imagination that you can’t quite turn off.

 

What it takes:

  • Contribute to the development of HCP, patient, and DTC omnichannel campaign strategies and manage digital execution on two or more brands
  • Owns the development of tactical strategies for assigned brands
  • Contributes to the creation of brand and tactical plans that satisfy the business goals of our pharmaceutical clients
  • Collaborate with brand, cx, digital, media and analysis partners to gather meaningful insights that inform engagement and activation strategies
  • Oversee and define strategic objectives for digital landscape analyses, social listening, competitive audits, and target audience analyses for client projects, planning and new business opportunities 
  • Identify and present areas of opportunity and digital growth with assigned clients 
  • Develop performance measurement strategies that define objectives, KPIs, and campaign diagnostics based on brand and client goals
  • Firm understanding of digital platforms, serves as main point person for internal client team and client questions. 
    • Must confidently navigate recommendations around tech stack, integration strategies, and platform considerations based on business objectives
  • Collaborate with account, strategy, and creative teams to ensure that digital strategies are properly integrated in all brand initiatives
  • Provide case studies, thought leadership, and support new business opportunities
  • Support the development and institution of new processes and digital offerings

 

 

 

Know-how:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with an agency background in pharma or healthcare
  • Strong creative-problem solving skills, with a passion for digital innovation
  • Appreciation for data, with the ability to generate and communicate strategic insights
  • Proactive, Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well organized
  • Excellent communicator with strong public speaking abilities and presentation skills
  • Prior experience in digital tools, including marketing automation platforms, CRMs, Veeva or OCE, data visualization tools, and Google Analytics
