Senior FP&A Analyst Job Description



As we continue to expand our global presence, we are searching for an insightful and analytical individual to become financial and strategic partner to our organization’s leadership group. We are seeking a foundational member to join this newly created team aimed at driving value to the broader organization. Your work will be instrumental to Fingerpaint and our associated companies to drive key insights for executive discussions.


General responsibilities include:

  • Support strategic and financial planning processes for the organization (e.g., Monthly Reviews, Annual Budget, and Long Range Plan)
  • Develop and monitor critical success metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Gain deep knowledge and understanding of Fingerpaint’s business performance across operating segments
  • Build financial forecasts, track performance, and understand deviations from actuals to drive key strategic decisions
  • Support due-diligence and other M&A activities
  • Ensure the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of your analyses

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • 1-3 years of experience in public accounting, corporate FP&A, corporate development, or similar experience
  • Fundamental grasp of accounting and corporate finance
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Data analytics or experience with business intelligence tools highly preferable
  • Remote work position
