Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

Overview of the Role:

The Sales Operations Coordinator key areas of responsibilities are as follows:

  • Maintains and manages Leaderboard’s CRM tool
  • Generating, researching and qualifying new leads
  • Build and execute triggers and automation for business development leads
  • Producing and maintaining sales reports
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective business and new clients
  • Responsible for handling a high volume of outbound prospecting initiatives and electronic outreach (Lead Generation)
  • Analyzing market trends
  • Presenting and distributing data interpretations across the business development team
  • Track and analyze key metrics – pipeline growth, outreach targets, revenue goals
  • Collect, consolidate, and generate weekly sales forecasts (month and quarter focus) and roll up each week to leadership
  • Compile key pieces of information related to performance against sales objectives
  • Proactively analyzes win-loss data and reports on key findings to sales leadership
  • Implements and manages reports and dashboards in CRM ensuring the business development team have access to key data
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and external intelligence
     

Ideal Candidate:

  • Comfortable with all forms of prospective outreach (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and other electronic Leadgen tools)
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets
  • High level of analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail
  • Effective working in a remote office environment with other team members
  • Tech-savvy with experience in a digital sales environment


Requested Background and Experience:

  • 1+ years of professional experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Well-versed in the Microsoft suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Experience with HubSpot needed
  • Virtual presentation skills needed
