Position Responsibilities:
Demonstrates behavior expected of a professional member of the organization, including but not limited to:
- Assists with research and evaluation of new Workamajig and existing Webvantage project management tools and software
- Revises process flow documentation and templates for existing and new project management tools (e.g., Webvantage, Workamajig, Ziflow)
- Collects and analyzes data to build and maintain department reports
(e.g., Daily Hotsheet, All Projects List, Out of Office Calendar, QVA Billing report)
- Supports PM team in day-to-day activities, including:
- Opens jobs in Webvantage and creates folder on server for each project
- Maintains and updates daily/weekly project status reports
- Maintains/Updates schedules and resourcing in Webvantage/Workamajig
- Performs general and administrative work as needed
- Participates in all summer intern responsibilities, including final internship presentation
Availability:
- Must be available 30 hours per week, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. EST.
- Must be available for the entire 10-week program from June 6th to August 12th
- Please note: we do not offer housing support for out-of-state interns
Talent & Knack:
The candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, advertising, communications, operations, healthcare related field (current Sophomore or Junior preferred)
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint a must, with a willingness and ability to learn new project management software (e.g., Workamajig, Ziflow)
- Strong organizational skills, public speaking/presentation skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Ability to collect, analyze, and present data
- Experience managing projects or events with cross functional teams a plus
