Do you dig data and have an analytic mind? Fingerpaint’s Digital Strategy team is looking for a senior digital analyst to help us measure, analyze, and report on multichannel marketing programs for a diverse clientele. This includes overseeing our analytics program, elevating and optimizing current reporting outputs and finding new ways to support clients with a data-driven focus. What it takes:

  • Oversee Fingerpaint’s reporting and analytics program, ensuring data fidelity and flawless execution 
  • Manage junior analysts, providing support and mentorship for professional growth  
  • Continue to elevate our reports by leveraging database analysis skills, as well as data visualization and BI tools
  • Develop reporting objectives and KPIs to identify trends and evaluate the success of client initiatives and objectives
  • Work closely with the development team to manage, implement and QA necessary and custom tracking codes 
  • Provide analysis of multichannel engagement activities through weekly and monthly dashboards, quarterly reports, and ad hoc requests
  • Develop logical data flows and support data integrations that align with project requirements and available platforms for most effective use 
  • Experience articulating analytics findings (written and in-person)
  • Partner with digital strategists to develop actionable insights to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities that align with brand objectives and strategies 


  • 5 to 7 years of analytics and database experience 
  • Exceptional analytical ability and critical thinking skills
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing landscape
  • Experience with report creation, modeling and trend forecasting
  • Robust working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI or any similar tools 
  • Strong background in SQL and database management 
  • Comfortable working with large data sets from multiple sources and third-party vendors
  • Understanding of AdWords, DoubleClick and Google Tag Manager is a plus
  • Strong organization and written/oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail is a must 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
