Do you have experience working with marketing automation programs? Fingerpaint’s digital team is looking for someone to assist with developing, managing, and optimizing robust data-driven programs. This includes implementing business rule documents, maintaining lists and databases, handling quality assurance testing, and deploying email and SMS messages. If you’re driven by data, a creative thinker, and a resourceful problem-solver, we want to hear from you.
What it takes:
Assist with the management of marketing automation programs using platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
Basic working knowledge of HTML for email development
Experience implementing business rules
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
Analysis and reporting of programs
Quality control assurance and end-to-end testing initiatives
Management of data, including list hygiene, system integration checks, etc.
2-5 years of hands-on experience with Marketo or comparable marketing automation programs
Exceptional analytical ability and critical thinking skills
General understanding of digital marketing landscape
Basic understanding of HTML
Proficient in MS Excel
Experience with SMS programs is a plus
Experience SQL querying is a plus
Marketo certification is a plus
Experience with A/B testing is a plus
Strong organization and written/oral communication skills
Strong understanding of sms marketing best practices is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
