We’re looking for a digital guru who will be responsible for leading the digital strategy team within the Phoenix, AZ office. This person will live at the intersection of thinking and making in order to see beyond the big picture and create campaigns that move consumers to take action. This is a high-impact role as you will be asked to be a digital problem-solver and a steward of our SHIFT Performance Promotion platform that delivers an engaging customer experience across all brand touch points. This role requires extensive digital experience within the pharma industry, strong management and presentation skills, and a passion for delivering results.

What it takes: 

  • Lead the digital development of insight-driven pitches, proposals, and points of view; multichannel campaign strategies; and tactical plans that satisfy the business goals of our pharmaceutical clients and beyond
  • Know how to leverage audience targets, analytics data, digital trends, user behaviors, competitive audits, and asset/experience evaluations to inform the marketing approach
  • Passion for technology and innovation
  • Be a champion for best practices across all digital channels and media formats
  • Collaborate with account, strategy, and creative teams to ensure that digital strategies are properly integrated within the larger marketing programs
  • Uncover digital insights and provide thought leadership in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Contribute to the evolving digital philosophies and methodologies at Fingerpaint
  • Lead a team of digital strategists, performance managers, and analysts to cultivate skills and ensure alignment of all philosophies and methodologies
  • Oversee campaign performance and work closely with the media department to drive results

Know-how: 

  • 10+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry at a digital agency or comparable experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team
  • Strong understanding and/or experience with all digital channels, including paid search, display, email, websites, and third-party programs
  • Strong understanding of FDA regulations as it pertains to digital pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM best practices
  • Firm understanding of UX principles
  • Know your way around a Google Analytics dashboard
  • Can transform research data into actionable customer insights
  • Strong knowledge of digital media platforms (eg, ad exchanges, audience buying, etc) a plus
