Fingerpaint’s digital team is looking for a digital marketing analyst to help us measure, analyze, and optimize omnichannel marketing programs for a diverse clientele. This includes evaluating omnichannel campaigns, websites, and mobile apps, as well as analyzing marketing automation and email marketing performance. What it takes:
- Strategy and foundation building
- Support and take part in the development of communication outreach and nurturing strategies for marketing automation and email campaigns
- Develop reporting objectives and KPIs to identify trends and evaluate the success of client initiatives and objectives
- Establish benchmarks and analyze reporting data to monitor program performance
- Experience articulating email campaign structure and analytics findings (written and in person)
- Reporting and insights
- Manage Google Analytics accounts, including tagging, custom segments, goal tracking, etc., across website, email, and media assets
- Work closely with the development team to manage, implement, and QA necessary tracking codes and campaign execution across brands, channels, and systems
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, leveraging database analysis skills, as well as data visualization and business intelligence tools
- Monitor cross-channel marketing campaign performance and website engagement for key clients
- Partner with digital strategists to develop actionable insights to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities that align with brand objectives and strategies
- Provide support and mentorship for junior analysts
Know-how:
- 7+ years of digital marketing and marketing automation experience
- Exceptional analytical ability and critical thinking skills
- Deep understanding of digital marketing landscape
- Robust working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or HubSpot); certification is a plus
- Strong background in analyzing campaign data and drawing conclusions
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or any similar tools
- Expertise in developing lead scoring, nurture, and drip campaigns
- HTML development skills are a plus
- Understanding of Google Ads, DoubleClick, and Google Tag Manager is a plus
- Strong organization and written/oral communication skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
