Do you have experience developing, driving, and managing strategy across all elements of digital campaigns – and helping to bring them to life? We are rapidly growing and looking for a digital strategist, with a focus on technical implementation and campaign analysis, to join our team in Cedar Knolls. In this role, you will partner with Engagement Strategy to bring structure and technical vision to campaigns that move consumers to take action. You will foster a strong relationship with the development team, guiding technical requirements. You will also help to guide the measurement, analysis, and optimization of live programs. This includes evaluating websites, mobile apps, search, social media, email/direct mail, banner advertising, and video. Executional expertise
Platform & program knowledge:
Be comfortable creating and maintaining technical platform architecture diagrams, site maps, and functional/technical requirement documentation
Develop and manage databases – with support from development team – maintaining data integrity and fidelity
Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, reporting capabilities of AdWords, DoubleClick, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent
Experience in GA, Google Data Studio/Tableau, Excel, and Google Tag Manager
Understanding of IBM Watson and Brandwatch
Analytics setup:
Support Digital Strategist to create campaign projections and provide data metrics that will inform strategy
Structure Test and Control studies when applicable
Create structured queries to support reporting and ad-hoc needs
Monitor performance of queries and optimize where needed
Manage data transfer into and out of the database
Monitor connectivity between systems to ensure proper execution and syncs
Manage analytics accounts to ensure proper segmentation, attributions, and custom reports are created and consistently up-to-date
Work closely with the development team to manage, implement, and QA necessary website & campaign tracking codes
Reporting & tagging:
Establish benchmarks and analyze reporting data to monitor KPIs and program performance based on client objectives
Produce campaign reports (eg, monthly updates, yearly summaries, and ad hoc requests, including designing dashboards and drafting PowerPoint reports)
Know-how:
5+ years of digital marketing experience
Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research data, with experience transforming data into actionable customer insights
Understanding of user-experience principles a plus
Strong organization and written/oral communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
