At Fingerpaint, we know the project management team is the heartbeat of a healthy agency. We are looking for a new PM lead to help us pump even more oxygen into all our brands and keep us connected to our work and each other. In this role, you will build a strong project management team and discipline in our rapidly growing Cedar Knolls, New Jersey office.
Our leader checklist:
10+ years of project management experience in a healthcare advertising agency setting
Experience managing:
A team of project managers with varied levels of experience
Internal and client stakeholder expectations
Prelaunch, launch, and in-line brands, including print and digital projects
The drive to work with and direct your extended team to build and train agency and project process
Ability to respond to agency growth and work with resource manager and department leads to solve for staffing challenges
Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
Experience assembling and managing budgets
Ability to manage team to forecast appropriately
Ability to manage team to analyze and respond to actuals/accruals reports
Proficiency in Excel and project management software
Know-how:
BA/BS degree
Both print and digital project management experience
Management of projects from simple to complex, including experience managing digital development projects
Proficient in project management applications; Mac experience helpful
