Do you have experience nurturing a digital vision, developing the strategies to build it out—and helping bring it to life? We are rapidly growing and looking for a digital strategist with a focus on technical implementation and campaign analysis to join our team in Cedar Knolls. In this role, you will partner with the engagement strategy team to bring structure and technical execution to campaigns that move customers to take action. You will foster a strong relationship with the development team, guiding technical requirements. You will also help to guide the measurement, analysis, and optimization of live programs.   • Leadership and collaboration
    • Have a strong passion for technology and innovation
    • Possess a strong understanding of—and ability to articulate—the technical building blocks involved in bringing a digital project to life
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help leverage audience targets, analytics data, digital trends, user behaviors, competitive audits, and asset/experience evaluations to inform omnichannel strategies
    • Contribute to the development of insight-driven pitches, proposals, and POVs
       
  • Executional expertise 
    • Strategic planning and setup
      • Lead the tactical vision for accounts, designing integrated and connected ecosystems rooted in performance strategy
      • Be comfortable creating and maintaining site maps, content plans, and user flow diagrams 
      • Experience developing marketing segments, customer journeys/paths, and agile communication streams based on brand strategies
      • Be able to thoroughly define functional requirements across the customer experience and work with development teams to ensure FRD and BRD accuracy
      • Experience working with development and marketing automation team members to implement communication plans (across CRM and media) in platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
      • Ability to share best practices at a project and account level, growing our role and guiding internal teams
         
    • Reporting and insights
      • Establish benchmarks and analyze reporting data to monitor KPIs and program performance based on client objectives
      • Supervise the creation of custom dashboards/reports based on client goals and needs
      • Pull insights from dashboards/raw reporting data; know when to dig deeper on behalf of client needs/strategies
      • Work with partner agencies to share and gather data across teams, always mining for the deepest and most impactful cross-channel insights
         
    • Platform and program knowledge 
      • Understanding of IBM Watson and Brandwatch (or similar) listening and analysis platforms

Know-how: 

  • 5 to 7 years of digital marketing experience
  • Understanding of user-experience principles and best practices
  • Strong organization and written/oral communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Experience within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry required
