Senior Digital Strategist

Saratoga Springs, NY

We’re looking for a senior digital strategist who has experience driving strategy across all elements of a digital campaign. This person will live at the intersection of thinking and making in order to see the big picture and create omnichannel programs that move target audiences to take action. The role requires collaboration, leadership, strong presentation skills, and an imagination that you can’t quite turn off.

What it takes

  • Lead the development of insight-driven pitches, proposals, and POVs; omnichannel campaign strategies; and tactical plans that satisfy the business goals of our pharmaceutical clients and beyond
  • Know how to leverage audience targets, analytics data, digital trends, user behaviors, competitive audits, and user experience evaluations to inform the marketing approach
  • Have a passion for technology and innovation
  • Be a champion for best practices across all digital channels and media formats
  • Collaborate with account, strategy, and creative teams to ensure that digital strategies are properly integrated within larger brand initiatives
  • Uncover digital insights and provide thought leadership in a collaborative, cross-functional environment


  • 8 to 10 years of digital marketing experience
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing channels and strategy a plus
  • Experienced in digital tools, including marketing automation platforms, CRMs, CMS, data visualization tools, Google Analytics, AdWords, DoubleClick, and Search Console
  • Background in data analysis, with the ability to generate and communicate strategic insights from data
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Excellent communicator with strong public speaking abilities
