Ad Operations Manager

Conshohocken, PA

The ad operations coordinator is responsible for the implementation and management of digital advertising campaigns through third-party ad servers including, but not limited to, Google Campaign Manager, Google AdWords, DoubleVerify, and Facebook Business Manager. Specific duties include campaign creation, asset trafficking, tagging setup, and monitoring campaign performance.

What it takes:  

  • Set up all digital campaign components and trafficking/measurement tags, including use of naming conventions, creative implementation, and performance goals 
  • Includes Floodlight tags, click trackers, verification pixels, and URL UTMs 
  • Work collaboratively with digital strategy, media, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are implemented timely and accurately 
  • Understand and educate teams on creative/technical specifications required in ad servers 
  • Monitor campaign performance through launch, including screenshots and confirmation of impressions/clicks firing in ad server, and ongoing monitoring for proper serving, click-through action, and conversion events 
  • Assist in developing client-facing analytics reports on campaign performance 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign discrepancies and ad serving errors, including broken creative and third-party tracking issues  


  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, business, or a related field preferred 
  • 2+ years experience in ad operations for digital media tagging and trafficking 
  • High level of interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment 
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask
