Senior Digital Strategist

Conshohocken, PA

We’re looking for a seasoned digital strategist who has experience driving strategy across all digital elements for pharmaceutical brands. This person will live at the intersection of thinking and making in order to see beyond the big picture and create strategies that move targets to take action. The role requires a strong analytical mind, great presentation and storytelling skills, and an ability to motivate teams. This role would require training on data-driven best practices, based on Fingerpaint’s proprietary platform, to lead internal teams and present findings to clients.

What it takes:

  • Lead the development of insight-driven pitches, proposals, and POVs; multichannel campaign strategies; and tactical plans that satisfy the business goals of our pharmaceutical clients and beyond
  • Know how to leverage audience targets, analytics data, digital trends, user behaviors, competitive audits, and asset/experience evaluations to inform the marketing approach
  • Be a champion for best practices across all digital channels and media formats
  • Collaborate with account, strategy, and creative teams to ensure that digital strategies are properly integrated within larger omnichannel campaigns
  • Uncover digital insights in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Lead the development of robust data-driven programs across assigned brands
  • Oversee development of effective measurement plans in collaboration with media team
  • Develop data-driven strategies including segmentation and content mapping
  • Drive program performance with media, analytics, and creative teams
  • Lead website and mobile application strategies, including information architecture and UX
  • Demonstrate a passion for technology and innovation


  • 8+ years of digital experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience implementing digital marketing best practices across email, display, social, video, and websites
  • Exceptional analytical ability and critical thinking skills
  • General understanding of digital marketing landscape
  • Firm understanding of user experience principles
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe)
  • Good to advanced skill level with statistics and Excel
  • Proven experience articulating analytics findings (written and in person)
  • Strong organization and written/oral communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
