Digital Analysts and Strategists

Fingerpaint’s Digital Strategy and Analysis team is looking for digital marketing professionals to help us execute, measure, analyze, and optimize multichannel marketing programs for a diverse clientele. This includes evaluating websites, mobile apps, search, social media, email/direct mail, banner media, and video. What it takes:

  • Ensure best practices are met across all digital tactics including paid search, SEO, display media, social media, and emails
  • Perform digital landscape analyses, competitive audits, target audience analyses for brand planning and new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with account, strategy, media and creative teams to ensure that digital strategies are properly integrated within the larger marketing programs
  • Support UX strategy and best practices for websites and mobile applications
  • Uncover digital insights and provide thought leadership in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Manage marketing automation programs and email deployment 
  • Develop effective measurement plans and campaign reports based on client objectives
  • Establish benchmarks and analyze reporting data to monitor program performance 
  • Provide analysis of omnichannel campaign and website activities for key clients (e.g., monthly updates, yearly summaries, and ad hoc requests, including designing dashboards and drafting PowerPoint reports)
  • Partner with account and client teams to develop actionable insights that maximize engagement and conversion opportunities


  • Experience implementing digital marketing tactics such as email, display media, social, and websites 
  • Exceptional analytical ability and critical thinking skills
  • General understanding of digital marketing landscape
  • Firm understanding of user experience principles
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe)
  • Good to advanced skill level with statistics and Excel
  • Proven experience articulating analytics findings (written and in-person)
  • Experience with paid social, social listening, paid search and marketing automation is a plus
  • Strong organization and written/oral communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
