Senior Digital Analyst - Marketing Automation

Do you dig marketing automation and analyzing email marketing data? Fingerpaint’s digital strategy team is looking for a senior data analyst to help us build, measure, analyze, and report on email marketing programs for a diverse clientele. This includes overseeing our marketing automation programs, elevating and optimizing campaigns, and finding new ways to support clients with a data-driven focus. What it takes:  

  • Support and take part in the development of communication outreach and nurturing strategies for marketing automation and email campaigns  
  • Provide support and mentorship for junior analysts  
  • Continue to elevate our marketing automation capabilities by leveraging best practices, building
    comprehensive workflows, and creating client reports  
  • Develop reporting objectives and KPIs to identify trends and evaluate the success of client initiatives and objectives  
  • Work closely with the development team to create, implement, and QA email campaigns across brands and systems  
  • Provide analysis of email engagement activities through weekly and monthly dashboards, quarterly reports, and ad hoc requests  
  • Develop logical campaign workflows and support integrations that align with project requirements and available platforms for most effective use   
  • Experience articulating email campaign structure and analytics findings (written and in-person)  
  • Partner with digital strategists to develop actionable insights to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities that align with brand objectives and strategies    

Know-how:   

  • 7 to 10 years of email marketing and automation experience   
  • Exceptional analytical ability and critical thinking skills  
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing landscape  
  • Robust working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or Hubspot). Certification is a plus  
  • Strong background in analyzing campaign data and drawing conclusions  
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, or any similar tools   
  • Expertise in developing lead scoring, nurture, and drip campaigns  
  • HTML development skills are a plus  
  • Understanding of AdWords, DoubleClick, and Google Tag Manager is a plus  
  • Strong organization and written/oral communication skills  
  • Attention to detail is a must   
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
