Senior Digital Producer


Saratoga Springs, NY

We are looking for an experienced interactive producer to provide day-to-day management of our various digital projects, from website launches to media placements, paid search, email campaigns, and mobile apps. This role works closely with the account service, digital strategy, creative, studio, and development teams to establish priorities, outline deliverables, and manage the successful completion of digital projects. Excellent communication skills are a must, along with the ability to manage multiple assignments to success. An understanding of UX/UI, current development practices, and technology platforms is essential for success.

What it takes 

  • Assists in management of all project phases, including strategy, content creation, design, development, and quality assurance for digital projects
  • Partner with digital strategy and development leads to produce a technical approach, estimate and timeline for complex digital projects
  • Drives the gathering, definition, and documentation of project requirements
  • Partners with project managers to develop, maintain, and manage interactive project work plans and timelines and revises as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Defines and tracks tasks, dependencies, priorities, and milestones, and manages assigned internal and external resources to completion
  • Ensures teams understand their assignments, due dates, priorities, and budget
  • Works with digital leads to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps at the project level
  • Participates in client status meetings and/or presents project plans, as appropriate
  • Interfaces with external Brand and IT Managers to facilitate project needs
  • Leads and mentors other interactive producers
  • Assist in developing best practices for digital processes and tools


  • Deep knowledge of key web, mobile, SMS, and email development and design best practices
  • Minimum of 5 years in a producer or digital project management role
  • BA/BS degree
  • Familiarity with digital development life cycle and project management methods and tools, and has a good understanding of relevant software technologies
  • A team player with strong time-management skills, the ability to motivate others to deliver excellence, and poise and focus under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Jira
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
