Do you have experience nurturing a digital vision, developing the strategies to build it out—and helping bring it to life? We are rapidly growing and looking for a digital strategist with a focus on technical implementation and campaign analysis to join our team in Cedar Knolls. In this role, you will partner with the engagement strategy team to bring structure and technical execution to campaigns that move customers to take action. You will foster a strong relationship with the development team, guiding technical requirements. You will also help to guide the measurement, analysis, and optimization of live programs.   • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help leverage audience targets, analytics data, digital trends, user behaviors, competitive audits, and asset/experience evaluations to inform the marketing approach
  • Contribute to the development of insight-driven pitches, proposals, and POVs

  • Be comfortable creating and maintaining technical platform architecture diagrams, site maps, and functional/technical requirement documentation
  • Proficiency working within automation and measurement platforms, such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent), AdWords, DoubleClick
  • Excellent competency in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio/Tableau, Excel, Google Tag Manager (with the ability to learn similar platforms)
  • Understanding of IBM Watson and Brandwatch
  • Analytics setup
  • Create campaign projections and provide data metrics that will inform strategy
  • Structure test and control studies when applicable
  • Manage analytics accounts to ensure proper segmentation, attributions, and custom reports are created and consistently up-to-date
  • Work closely with the development team to manage, implement, and QA necessary website and campaign tracking codes
  • Reporting and tagging
  • Produce campaign reports (eg, monthly updates, yearly summaries, and ad hoc requests), including designing live dashboards and mining bespoke insights as required
  • Establish benchmarks and analyze reporting data to monitor KPIs and program performance based on client objectives

Know-how:

  • 7 to 10 years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry required
  • Understanding of user-experience principles and best practices
  • Strong organization and written/oral communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
